At Lam Nails, our policies are designed to promote a professional, respectful, and safe environment for both staff and clients. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to reflect excellence and integrity in all we do.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Out of respect for everyone’s time, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. A $20 fee may apply to cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Please call or email to inform us of any changes. Your cooperation allows us to serve others better.

NO-SHOW/LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a $20 cancellation fee may apply. If unexpected delays arise, please text or call us to keep us informed. We appreciate your courtesy and understanding.

REFUND POLICY

All services are non-refundable. Once a service is completed and you leave the salon, it is considered accepted. We strive to deliver excellence and encourage open communication during your visit to ensure your satisfaction.

NO-PETS POLICY

In accordance with state regulations, pets are not allowed in the salon. This policy helps us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and compliance.
